Here are Tressy and Carlo thoughts about Sheila Simms Watson "The Miami Midwife": I was so lucky and blessed to have such a wonderful birth with no complications. I want everyone to experience this at least once. This was the best and hardest moment in my life and I feel so proud of it and so proud to be a woman.
I wanted to start off by telling everyone about my beautiful blessingway. It was exactly one week prior to my labor. I am so happy that it happened then and everything was still fresh on my mind and I still felt so strong and supported. I felt so proud to be a woman and so thankful that I decided to have our baby naturally at home. I was told that after the blessingway, Linda and Vanessa did their pendulums and both predicted girl, homebirth, and born on November 18th!!! I wanted that to be so true!!
I started having some cramping and tightening on the 16th at dinner. It bothered me so much that I lost my appetite and wanted to go home. I felt so big and was so tired of being pregnant. That night I had some more cramping but it went away with my breathing. On the 17th I felt like crap with no energy. I had no more cramping or tightening so I assumed that I was not going to go into labor and our baby would not be born on the 18th.
